Earlywork Academy is a three-week, cohort-based, virtual program created to help folks land their first full-time tech sales jobs.
We’ll train you in a mix of core tech sales skills and job search skills, involving both theory and practice. On top of that, we’ll introduce you to top tech employers actively hiring entry-level sales talent & provide weekly 1:1 job search coaching every week until you accept a job that you're happy with.

No uni degrees and no technical experience required. 35% of our fellows had no prior study or work related experiences in business/tech.
If you love speaking to people, solving customer problems and love working towards targets, then you’ll be the right person for our program.
Note: this program is only available to those with Australian working rights, are open to taking a full-time role at the completion of the program - even if you’re still studying, and are keen on a tech sales role specifically.

Throughout the program, you’ll be trained in Earlywork’s end-to-end job search methodology across personal branding, LinkedIn profile design, resumes, cover letters, company research, cold outreach and interview techniques.
You'll also receive weekly 1:1 job search coaching with a member of the Earlywork team for personalised and instant feedback throughout your job search.
Leveraging this framework, we’ve helped candidates land roles at companies like Atlassian, Amazon and Eucalyptus. But the help doesn’t stop there. In partnering with tech employers, we’ll provide you tailored introductions to hiring managers at top companies actively hiring early-career sales talent.

Cohort 2: Monday 12th February - Wednesday 28th February
Earlywork Academy has a total price of $3995, with a $495 deposit prior to the program starting, and the remaining $3500 paid after landing a full-time role in tech or sales, subject to fellow T&Cs. This includes roles at non-partner companies.
The remainder can be paid in one go at a discounted rate, or paid in monthly instalments. All prices shown are inclusive of GST.
If you don’t land a job offer in tech or sales within 6 months of graduating from Earlywork Academy, you’ll get a full refund for your deposit, subject to active participation in our classes, career coaching sessions, and job search homework, as per fellow T&Cs.

During his tenure, the partnership management platform has grown by over 2000 employees, raised over $245M+ in funds and been valued at $1.5B+.
Nick started his tenure at impact.com as a Business Development Representative (where you’re heading!) before being promoted to an Account Executive.
Since then, he’s transitioned into a role as a Revenue Enablement Manager, hiring and training the next generation of BDRs into the company.
Earlywork Academy runs a three-week intensive program that has nine sessions. These are held between Monday-Wednesday between 4-6PM SGT.
Beyond this, you will have weekly sessions with your career coach who will work with you to maximise your chances of landing a role as soon as possible.
In order to best ensure job search success in the Earlywork Academy, it is expected that you attend all sessions. If you can't make a certain session, please let the team know ahead of time, as we tailor session formats based on the number of attendees.
There will be session recordings available for you to catch up on the content. Note that each session builds on the last, so it's vital that you do so in the event you miss an event.
Yes, all sessions are recorded so you can review and watch them later. However, to maximise your opportunities to get tailored feedback and practice on core sales & job search skills, we strongly recommend that you participate in all sessions live.
